We are bringing you 3 great releases this week !
The Workhorse 3 are a Philly Rock supergroup that have recorded an amazing debut CD, the self titled release is all killer, no filler ! Preview a few tracks at their myspace.com page They are playing TONIGHT (Sat. July 10 @ The Troc Balcony with Antiseen !) + the official CD release show at The M Room in Philly on Sun. July 25th with BATUSIS (Featuring New York Dolls’ Sylvain Sylvain, Cheetah Chrome of the Dead Boys, and the Joan Jett’s borrowed rhythm section !)

Pagan Babies : The Philly hardcore punk 80’s icons have compiled every track from their catalog, and some unreleased material, remixed and re-mastered all of it and coupled it with a great documentary DVD about the Philly scene in the 80’s and history of this legendary band. The release is called “Last“. The band will reunite to play ONE show to celebrate the release in Philly in September, details soon !

Viking Skull: The specially packaged 2 CD entitled “Chapter Two” set will be available in stores for the first time this Tuesday. The CD was originally recorded in 2007, it was overlooked and never officially released by Filthy Note Records, owned by Bam Magera. The drummer is Jess Margera of CKY and the rest of the band is based in England, yes that is a long commute for band practice. This is a limited edition release, so hurry. The vinyl version will be released in October to coinside with the release of the movie JACKASS 3 in 3-D, which features the song “Blackened Sunrise” from this release.

GD hit the road with JUCIFER starting June 1 at Black Cat in Washington DC. Gloom Doom have a few open dates on the tour which ends in NY state on July 4th.
